Created in 1994 in Lyon by Jacques Delattre and Gilles Marchand, Unanime has developed on the basis of two simple ideas:

_Listening to the client 
_Trying to find the best response, while objectively incorporating all the constraints revolving around the project

Unanime adopts two lines of approach to meet these objectives:

_incorporating new skills: structural engineering, interior design, heritage restauration, urban planning and sustainable development, while continuing to work with more specialised partners.

_dividing into several moderately sized entities, established in different geographical locations in Aix-les-Bains, Paris and Manama (Kingdom of Bahrain), to be closer and more available to its clients

Unanime has worked in a wide variety of fields (housing, education, industrial and commercial activities, health and research laboratory, offices)

_with public partners (CNRS national scientific research centre, ministries, regions, OPAC public development, etc.)
_with private partners (L’Oréal, EDF, Sanofi Pasteur, Michelin, BMW, Kaufmann&Broad, Bouygues Immobilier, Nexity Entreprises, Nexity George V, etc).

The complementary skills and assets of the Unanime team members enable it to use its collective intelligence to manage assignments at all stages of a construction operation, from master plan layout to construction site.
