Architects of a world in motion
Situated in Lyon's 2nd district, between the historic Ainay neighborhood and the newly developed Confluence rounding, Flow stands on the former site of a Renault garage. With its six floors and two-building structure, it offers workspaces ranging from 100 to 700 m², just steps from the train station. It also serves as an ideal testing ground for students from the Ynov campus, who occupy the place.

In detail
Sustainable development approach Ynov Campus has been awarded Breeam Excellent certification, testifying to the quality of its design and construction in terms of environmental performance. The building has been designed to optimize its energy performance and provide maximum comfort for users. Its dual orientation, designed to follow the path of the sun, enables efficient thermal management. The materials used, such as white precast concrete and ionized lacquered metal, are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also durable and easy to maintain. This approach supports a sustainable development approach, guaranteeing limited environmental impact while ensuring a long life for the building.
On the one hand, the project is abstract and mineral, in keeping with the historic character of the district. On the other, it is disruptive and colorful, like a signal to passengers from the train windows.
