Architects of a world in motion
This temporary housing project for Adoma includes a social residence, a boarding house and an accommodation residence. Our conception for this project was structured around Adoma's key values: Support, Security, Housing, Living together.
The overall activities that support the residents were seen as the common thread running through the project. These activities are grouped together in a base, while preserving the independence of each structure; the different users are thus guided thanks to the transversality of this element.

In detail
Sustainable development approach
Designed to combine energy efficiency and comfort for residents, the project incorporates a number of sustainable solutions:
- Thermal inertia, a high-performance thermal envelope limiting energy loss;
- Solar control via roller shutters, reducing summer overheating;
- Base: cladding and solid wood framework;
- Biosourced materials;
- Wooden framework;
- Photovoltaic shading;
- District heating;
- Extensive planting, with a vast green belt helping to reduce urban heat islands.
Gardens, shared orchards and landscaped walkways strengthen social ties and offer a peaceful living environment, where visual transparency and interaction between residents are encouraged.
