Architects of a world in motion
Located in the heart of the Croix-Rousse district, this project is built on a strip of land and consists of four buildings housing a total of 43 apartments. A traboule crosses the site, linking the two streets on either side of the block, providing a pedestrian-friendly circulation. The buildings are arranged at regular intervals, leaving space for planted areas between each building and at the edge of the plot. A staggered layout with the existing buildings to the north preserves visual transparency and opens up the landscape.

In detail
Sustainable development approach The project is part of an eco-responsible approach aimed at improving comfort for residents while reducing its ecological footprint:
- energy efficiency: performance 10% better than the 2012 thermal regulations (RT 2012 -10%), thus optimizing energy consumption;
- BEE+ label: a certification guaranteeing a positive environmental energy building;
- multi-oriented housing: a design favoring multiple orientations, improving natural sunlight, ventilation and adaptability to residents' uses.
The project was carried out in several phases, enabling the gradual rehousing of occupants while ensuring the continuity of housing on the site.
