Architects of a world in motion
Opposite the House of Dance, this mixed-use R+7 project with attic includes the creation of 50 housing units as well as facilities dedicated to the Red Cross. Designed as part of a virtuous construction approach, the project favors sustainable materials, with a low-carbon concrete structure, a timber-framed envelope and a timber-framed attic.
A project in harmony with our current concerns: living well in a healthy environment.

In detail
Sustainable development approach
The project responds to current ecological challenges by adopting innovative solutions:
- Sustainable, bio-sourced materials: wood frame and low-carbon concrete reduce the building's carbon footprint;
- High-performance insulation: bio-sourced insulation for optimum thermal comfort;
- Green roof: limits temperature variations, improves thermal inertia and promotes urban biodiversity.
Living spaces geared to sustainability and occupant well-being: walk-through apartments, generous outdoor spaces... Each apartment benefits from an outdoor space thanks to loggias that form a thick façade, acting as an acoustic buffer with the busy avenue. This design enhances residents' quality of life while optimizing the building's energy performance.
