Architects of a world in motion
This project, covering nearly 40,000 m² (including 33,000 m² of workshops) located in Vénissieux, houses the national center for the repair and maintenance of electric motors. The unique feature of this facility is its modularity: the entire process is self-supporting, ensuring the site's adaptability. The building has received an excellent environmental label and an industry of the future label.
In detail
The building's façades are treated independently to blend into their immediate surroundings. The workshops, for example, are covered with a material reminiscent of copper. The headquarters, on the other hand, is situated in a wooded quarry.
