Architects of a world in motion
Located in a fast-growing district between the Girondins ZAC and the Confluence in Lyon, Résonance offers 134 collective housing units across three buildings, with a retail and two professional spaces on the ground floor. Landscaping plays a central role, with 30% of the total surface area dedicated to green spaces, including orchards, meadows and vegetable gardens. Suspended terraces link the buildings, offering unobstructed views over the planted heart of the block and preserving residents' privacy.

In detail
Sustainable development approach
Designed with eco-responsibility in mind, the Résonance project emphasizes several environmental principles for a sustainable and pleasant living environment:
- Double orientation of the homes, optimizing sunlight, natural light and through-ventilation;
- Extensive planting (over 1,000 m² and 30 trees planted), promoting biodiversity and helping to combat the urban heat island;
- Solar protection of exterior spaces, guaranteeing thermal comfort and reducing air-conditioning needs.
The volumes are enlivened by inhabited openings that provide transparency and openness to the urban environment.
